In this full-time position, the Events Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our events operations across covered markets. Responsibilities include developing event programs and providing crucial assistance in event planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Work closely with in-country teams on a daily basis to meticulously plan and execute events, demonstrating flexibility across different time zones to meet team requirements and ensure successful event delivery from inception to completion.
Assume responsibility for event assets including promotional materials, sponsor instructions, task lists, registrations, and guest lists, ensuring proactive maintenance.
Formulate comprehensive event communication strategies encompassing invitations, social media content, press releases, and post-event correspondence.
Evaluate event performance and gather post-event feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancing event outcomes.
100% availability to attend TBY events as well as relevant business events and sessions as necessary to stay informed and connected within the industry
Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best
practices in digital marketing and media buying
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in events organization.
- Perfect command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a track record of successful events.
- Availability to travel to events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
- Flexibility to adapt to events calendar.
