Remote Sales Executive

The Business Year is an international media group producing economic reports and digital content that provide first-hand insights into some of the worldโs most dynamic markets. For over 15 years, we have interviewed senior executives, government representatives, and industry leaders across more than 30 countries.
We are now looking for motivated professionals to join our sales team in a remote capacity. This role is well suited for individuals who are comfortable working in an international environment, engaging with senior-level decision makers, and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, executives, and institutions through online meetings and presentations.
- Drive sales by securing advertising and sponsorship agreements for our reports and events.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Use CRM tools and digital platforms to organize and track client interactions.
- Coordinate with colleagues in our head office and project teams to ensure timely delivery of client campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities in global markets.

Minimum requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2โ5 years of relevant sales, business development, or client-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM systems and online communication platforms.
- Interest in international business, economic affairs, or media is an advantage.
